Janusz Szalkowski's name has undoubtedly earned his reputation among breeders from all over Europe. Breeder originaly from Ilawa in Poland was closely associated with the pigeons since young boy, which gave him the opportunity to bring dreams to real and combine the job with his passion.

In 1989 he went to Germany and settled there, of course he built his private loft, from which he immediately won the title of young pigeon champion in the Trostberg Branch, he repeated that success a year later. In 1994 he won the title of vice master of the branch with old pigeons and was then noticed. He got a job as a male nurse at Toni Designer. After 4 years of work with Toni, he took up the job in Kleve at Heinz Zevens, where here also came the spectacular successes that marked that name in the history of racing pigeon sport.
The next stage in Janusz's life was work as a male nurse at Heinz Meier from Rahden, that was year 2005. About great success of the Heinz Meier breeding would be a lot to write, but it is definitely worth emphasizing that the years 2006-2012 during Janusz's stay, It was the strongest flying loft in Germany!
